Fresh Pressed Edit / Vol 48
Here's everything we loved for the month of October! This post is too long for email, so make sure to view it on our Substack.
There’s one more month left to 2025 and I am honestly shocked at how fast it feels that this year has flown by. The days simultaneously felt so long at some points and yet here we are, preparing to welcome in 2026.
We added prints to our Etsy shop! I wanted to create something beyond just our presets (which I admittedly have not updated in a while because #life), so I added a few presets that I created to our shop, recently. I absolutely love how they turned out and am planning to use a few of them for our home. I hope you enjoy them too!
In light of Thanksgiving, which just passed as you’re reading this, we also wanted to say thank you to you. Whether you are one of the people who enjoy reading our blog or you read our Substack, we are grateful to have you as a part of our little corner of the internet. I hope that you had a wonderful, joyful holiday and that if the holidays are hard for you, that you are surrounded by loved ones or by things that bring you joy.
This post will be a short one because we did not get around to doing much this month due to how busy things have been, but here’s what we’ve loved this month!
How cute is this pregnancy announcement? So sweet!
The gallery wall of my dreams.
We have relatives who live in New York, so we’re bookmarking these suggestions for when we travel as a family.
I love seeing how other people with familial roots in the south make collard greens.
I’d love to visit Italy one day. It always seems so beautiful from pictures. I enjoyed seeing Madison’s post recapping her time there.
Block Island has been on our list of places to visit for a while now. May have to bookmark this post for potential future travels.
The Little Ways We Fill Ourselves Up
Another Cup of Jo link with their “A Week of Outfits” series. I love the first outfit the most, but all of them are so cute!
The attention to detail and the amount of effort that was put into this mini dollhouse is insane.
A little shameless plug for Etsy shop with a shoutout to a few of my favorite prints so far that I’ve created for our shop: this one, this one, this one, and this one. They’re on sale too this week for Cyber Week!
I’m taking a course right now so the only reading I have been doing is related to that. Han hasn’t been reading much either outside of our occasional articles and parent or faith-related reads.
Surprisingly other than our usual artists, we haven’t really listened to anything new that we’ve had on repeat this month. However, we’ve been in the midst of potty-training for the last couple of months and I could sing this potty song from this video word for word, bar for bar. It’s catchy though!
In no particular order, these are some pictures I’ve snapped over the past couple or months or so that I haven’t posted yet. I used my film lens for these.
These to go Christmas-themed cups are so cute!
I love this Victorian-inspired table lamp.
How cute is this chinoiserie pet bowl? I may get this for our cat to replace her bowl we currently have.
